Mingming Liu

is a distinguished expert in scientific research management and cross-disciplinary studies. He holds a Master’s degree from the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and served as a Senior Visiting Scholar at the University of Florida (UF).

With extensive experience in global health and funding administration, Mr. Liu has held pivotal roles at prestigious institutions:

• The Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC);

• The Beijing Municipal Natural Science Foundation;

• The Ministry of Health - Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Project Office.

Beyond his administrative leadership, Mingming Liu is the author of the critically acclaimed "Deconstruction" Book Series, featuring titles such as Deconstructing Traditional Chinese Medicine, Deconstructing Education, Deconstructing the West, and Deconstructing America. His intellectual work focuses on the logical analysis of complex social and scientific systems, a vision that drives the editorial excellence and rigorous standards of AJNS (ISSN: 3083-3515).
