The journal may collect personal information such as names, email addresses, institutional affiliations, ORCID iDs, mailing addresses, telephone numbers, user roles, login activity, and information provided during manuscript submission, peer review, or editorial correspondence.

Manuscript and Editorial Data

Information submitted as part of the editorial and publishing workflow, including manuscripts, supplementary files, reviewer comments, editorial decisions, revision history, and correspondence, is used for journal management, peer review, publication, indexing, archiving, and academic record-keeping.

Technical Data and Platform Statistics

This information is used for journal administration, platform security, usage statistics, troubleshooting, and editorial workflow management.

Such technical and usage data is retained within the journal server environment and is not sold or used for unrelated purposes. The OJS Beacon feature has been disabled. Accordingly, the journal does not intentionally transmit installation or usage statistics to the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) through Beacon.
